PA daily cartoon: Israel killing Palestinians via power outages

The official PA daily published a cartoon showing a man with his hands tied and with a noose formed from an electrical wire hanging in front of him – an allusion to the Israeli Electric Company’s decision to cut power to towns in the West Bank because of the PA’s huge debts to the company.
