PA TV host: City of Acre is in "the occupied Palestinian Interior"
Official PA TV program Palestine This Morning, on the old city of Acre and the status of its Arab residents
Official PA TV host: “Today’s [corner] Beautiful Homeland Morning is from the city of Acre in the occupied Palestinian Interior (i.e., Palestinian term for Israel).” …
Voiceover by official PA TV reporter: “After Acre’s periods of prosperity and its growth in all aspects, this city’s status decreased after its occupation in the Nakba (i.e., “the catastrophe,” the Palestinian term for the establishment of the State of Israel), and after the attempts to Judaize it, and the exploitation of its Arab monuments for the benefit of the Israeli interests. However, the resolve of its people and their insistence on holding on to their homes in this old city were stronger than all of the Israeli attempts.”
