Fatah-run magazine on Facebook glorifies female suicide bomber: “You are the sun of Palestine and its shining beacon”
The Facebook page of the Dalal Mughrabi Magazine, run by the Culture Committee of the Fatah Shabiba student movement at the Birzeit University, glorifies Wafa Idris, the first female Palestinian suicide bomber:

[Wafa Idris] was quick in making decisions and daring in taking stands. She was sharp as a sword and strong as an oak tree. She decided to carry out a Martyrdom-seeking operation (i.e., suicide attack) deep inside the entity [Israel], and her pure body exploded at a military checkpoint on Jaffa Road in occupied Jerusalem – the same road where a sharp and swift change occurred in terms of responding to the occupation's crimes against our people, to avenge the blood of Martyr (Shahid) commander, Raed Al-Karmi, one of the founders of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades.
Wafa passed away, but her heroic acts remain an object of pride, honor, and admiration. Today, our people and mothers feel your loss. Today the Palestinian Red Crescent, the organization to which you belonged, feels your loss... And today you are the sun of Palestine and its shining beacon."
Note: Wafa Idris was the first Palestinian female suicide bomber. She killed one and injured over 100 in her attack in central Jerusalem on January 27, 2002. As a volunteer for the Palestinian Red Crescent, she was able to bypass Israeli security and enter Jerusalem in a Palestinian ambulance.
Raed Al-Karmi was a senior Tanzim (Fatah terror faction) operative and responsible for the murder of nine Israelis in several attacks: Etgar Zeituni and Motti Dayan on January 23, 2001; Zvi Shelef on May 31, 2001; Danny Yehuda on June 18, 2001; Elie Na'aman on July 4, 2001; Dov Roseman on August 26, 2001; Hananya Ben Avraham on August 5, 2001; soldier Yaniv Levy on August 28, 2001 and Israeli army officer Erez Merhavi on September 6, 2001. Al-Karmi was killed by the Israeli army on January 14, 2002.

The profile picture on the page is a photo of terrorist Dalal Mughrabi who led the most lethal terror attack in Israel’s history, known as the Coastal Road massacre, in 1978, when she and other Fatah terrorists hijacked a bus on Israel's Coastal Highway, killing 37 civilians, 12 of them children, and wounding over 70.
