“The [PA] Islamic-Christian Council for Jerusalem and the Holy Places stated that the fact that the Israeli occupation authorities opened two new occupation police stations, next to the Al-Buraq Wall (i.e., the Western Wall of the Temple Mount) and on Mount Zion (the prophet David) [parentheses in source], reflects their clear insistence on Judaizing every part of occupied Jerusalem.
Secretary-General of the Council Dr. Hanna Issa noted that… ‘”Israel” intentionally harms the area of the holy [Al-Aqsa Mosque] plaza and the Al-Buraq plaza by continuing its Judaization plans and projects. This reflects the extent of the extremism of the occupation state, as these areas are holy religious sites which it is forbidden to harm.’ Likewise, Issa called on the international community and institutions involved in the issue to fulfill their responsibility and defend the center of the religions from destruction and Judaization.”
