“The Burj Luq Luq Community Center organized a trip to the Upper Galilee (Wadi Al-Qarn) in the framework of the Young Guide program which is part of the Your Young, O Jerusalem project, implemented by the Burj Luq Luq Community Center, under the supervision of the Welfare Association (a non-profit organization supporting Palestinian development –Ed), and funded by Jerusalem business man, Munir Al-Kalouti. The tour was made to Wadi Al-Qarn and the Wadi Al-Qarn Castle (the Montfort) [parentheses in source], to mark the day of the Palestinian Nakba (i.e., 'the catastrophe,' Palestinian term for the establishment of the State of Israel), and to highlight the ‘Arabness’ of the entire historic Palestine, from the sea to the river. Fifty young guides from Jerusalem participated: academics and experts in history, geography, media, and photography.”
