Fatah reiterated on Facebook last month its adherence to violence and the use of weapons, by posting a music video with an armed child soldier and visuals of Fatah soldiers' military training and firing of rockets.
In the video, a young boy singer dressed in a military uniform is seen going through a training program like adult soldiers and brandishing different weapons. Promoting child soldiers is forbidden according to international humanitarian law.
In the video, the boy soldier sings about the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades' soldier, praising him and his weapons:
"He wore a vest, bade farewell and returned with booty:
a machine gun and a cannon
He overcame his wounds
I saw the Brigades' member when he left
A machine gun and a rifle adorned his clothes...
Brigades, [your] snipers vowed to hit the target with the first shot
The [Brigades'] bombing made a loud noise...

In another music video on its Facebook page, Abbas' Fatah movement threatens Israelis - "the Zionist enemy" and the "usurper" - with an approaching "battle of liberation." "Our rifle is stronger and more insistent than you imagine" the text states:

The Fatah movement needs to return to its basic roots and turn the resistance into actual reality and direct confrontation with the enemy, so that its presence on our land will become costly. Likewise, he noted that in this case, we can get a better hold on the Palestinian situation. He added: 'We need to revive the resistance so that there will be daily confrontation and conflict with the enemy.
