“The [PA] police caught a man today [June 21, 2015] who broke the fast in public in the Salfit district.
In an announcement of the police’s public relations and information department, it was noted that during their routine patrols to ensure public security and the flow of traffic, the traffic police patrols in the city of Salfit caught a citizen in his twenties who was breaking the fast in public, in front of the citizens of the city. The citizen was arrested and brought to the district police headquarters, and afterwards was transferred to the relevant bodies in order to carry out the necessary legal steps against him.”
