6,000 Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails

Abd Rabbo clarified to the delegation…that 850,000 Palestinians have experienced detention, and around 6,000 of our people are currently sitting in the occupation’s (i.e., Israel) prisons.
Of them, there are 200 children minors, 27 female prisoners, five members of the Palestinian Legislative Council, hundreds of sick prisoners who do not receive any sort of treatment other than pain relievers, 500 prisoners who were given life sentences, and 30 prisoners from before the Oslo Accords.”
