Palestinian researcher on PA TV: Terror attacks that kill Israeli civilians are “acts of resistance”

Official PA TV program Palestine this ‎Morning, hosting Samir Zaquot, ‎coordinator of research units in the Al-‎Mezan Center in Gaza:
Samir Zaquot: "Today [Oct. 3, 2015] two ‎settlers were killed on the West Bank, they ‎were on occupied land, and they are part ‎of the occupation, which means that the ‎killing operations which the Palestinians ‎carry out against settlers are not war ‎crimes, but rather acts of resistance."‎

The Henkin murders - Israelis Naama ‎and Eitam Henkin (also an American ‎citizen) were murdered in a shooting attack ‎on Oct. 1, 2015, on the road between ‎Itamar and Elon Moreh in the West Bank. ‎Their four children, aged 9, 7, 4, and 4 ‎months, were also in the car and witnessed ‎the murders, but were not physically ‎injured. ‎
Five suspects in the murder, members of a ‎Hamas terrorist cell, were arrested by ‎Israel and confessed to the murders. The ‎leader of the group, Ragheb Ahmad ‎Muhammad Aliwi, has served time in an ‎Israeli prison for security related crimes.‎

Al-Mezan Center for Human Rights – ‎founded in Gaza in 1999, its stated goals ‎are the promotion and protection of human ‎rights in Palestine, and especially in the ‎Gaza Strip. ‎
NGO-monitor has documented that the Al-‎Mezan Center is active in many ‎campaigns against Israel, delegitimizes ‎Israel’s right to exist, and is a signatory to ‎the Palestinian Civil Society Call for BDS ‎which calls for an end to Israel’s ‎‎“occupation,” and advocates Palestinians’ ‎right of return to all of Israel.‎
