“Deputy Secretary of Fatah's Jerusalem branch Shadi Mattour… emphasized that the crime of a settler’s shooting a young Jerusalem woman under the pretext that she tried to stab him is a reminder of [Israeli Prime Minister] Benjamin Netanyahu’s decisions regarding live gunfire towards residents of Jerusalem. He added: ‘We say to Netanyahu, who stands at the head of a gang of extremists and settlers – we will not leave Jerusalem and will not concede our homes. We will continue to stand firm in them and you are the ones that will leave.’”
An 18-year-old female Israeli Arab terrorist stabbed and wounded an Israeli on Oct. 7, 2015, in the Old City of Jerusalem. He shot and killed her.
