Throughout this popular all-inclusive uprising, which has extended from the northernmost point of the West Bank to its southernmost point, and in the heart of Jerusalem and our Al-Aqsa plaza, this popular uprising which arose in the Gaza Strip and within the green line, and also in the Palestinian diaspora, near and far, within this ongoing uprising, you have succeeded, O my noble people, in delivering a new blow to the settlement, which is the vault of all the evil and the essence of the decay of the occupation and the ugliness of the Israeli arrogance, which [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu represents in the ugliest way.”
