PA news agency report on stabbing attack focuses on Israeli police wounding the “young man”; stabbing itself based on Israeli “claims”

“A young [Palestinian] man was severely wounded today [Oct. 13, 2015] by Israeli Police gunfire, after [Israeli] claims that he attempted to stab a settler in Tel Aviv.
The occupation police claimed that they neutralized the [Palestinian] civilian with gunfire, claiming that he attempted to stab a settler in the Ra’anana area, north of Tel Aviv. Police stated that ‘the wounded is a 22-year-old resident of East Jerusalem, and he was taken for medical care while under arrest.’ They [also] claimed that a settler was moderately wounded.”
Note: Ra’anana stabbing attack (2) - In the second of two stabbing attacks in the Israeli town of Ra’anana on Oct. 13, 2015, a terrorist from East Jerusalem stabbed Israeli civilians with a knife on Jerusalem Street. 4 people were wounded, 1 severely. A civilian subdued the terrorist until police forces arrived on the scene.
