PA Minister of Foreign Affairs: Netanyahu wants third Intifada, but it’s still possible to prevent one

      “PA Foreign Minister Riyad Al-Malki accused Israeli Prime Minister [Benjamin Netanyahu] of trying to spark a third intifada. Al-Malki told AFP (Agence France-Presse) during a press conference in Vienna that ‘Netanyahu is seeking to bring about a third intifada. Netanyahu wants to distract attention from the problems [he is facing] in the political and diplomatic arena, where he has failed miserably.’ Likewise, he corrected himself and stated that at this stage it is ‘too early to talk of a third intifada atmosphere,’ and added: ‘I believe that it is still possible to settle the situation, if Netanyahu cooperates.”
