“The Al-Ghad scout troop held a scout march named ‘I rage for Palestine’… The march set out from the front of the civilian defense building in Rafah, and passed through the streets of the district. During the march, they waved Palestinian flags and the picture of the scout leader Martyr Baha Alyan, and it [the march] ended with a solidarity watch in support of our troop’s residents of Jerusalem and the West Bank. Likewise, the Al-Ghad scout troop expressed sorrow over the death of scout leader Baha Muhammad Alyan, one of the leaders of the scout commission of Jerusalem, and member of the information commission in the union of Palestinian scouts and counselors.”

Jerusalem line 78 bus terror attack - On Oct. 13, 2015, two Palestinian terrorists, Baha Alyan (22) and Bilal Ghanem (23) boarded Israeli bus no. 78 in Jerusalem's Armon Hanatziv neighborhood with a gun and a knife and attacked passengers, killing 2 and wounding 4 Israelis. Alyan was shot and killed by an Israeli security guard at the scene and Ghanem, a Hamas operative who served time in Israeli prison in 2013-2014, was wounded.
