PA PM voices commitment to negotiations and peace process in meeting with German politicians

“[PA] Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah received President of the Bundesrat (i.e., upper house of the German parliament) and President of the German state of Hesse Volker Bouffier, yesterday in his office in Ramallah... The Prime Minister said: ‘We are committed to the peace process and ready to return to negotiations [with Israel] if there will be a serious partner for peace and a defined time frame for this negotiation for a solution to the entire issue, a permanent solution, and if the settlement, which is illegal according to all international treaties and agreements, will cease.’”
