PA daily regular columnist: “There was no Temple” and “tribe of Israel is a Yemenite Arab tribe that has passed from the world”
Op-ed by Fatah Revolutionary Council member Bakr Abu Bakr, regular columnist for official PA daily
Headline: “Where are we in terms of victory over Netanyahu’s ‘Temple’?”
“Netanyahu won by spreading a mishmash of concepts, in addition to his contribution to the chaos in the region and the publication of lies, while armed with violence and force. One of the noticeable results of this is what his Zionist friend John Kerry declared, who adopted [the idea that] the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque [plaza] is Jewish, and called it the ‘Temple Mount.’ There was no Temple here, and no mountain, and no history, not even in dreams. All this is intended only to advance Netanyahu’s fraud, which is still spreading patiently and moderately, and through daily actions, regarding what he calls the ‘land of Israel,’ or his lies about Jerusalem, which is mentioned dozens of times in the bible, and which according to him does not appear even once in the Quran! … In an attempt to follow in his historian father’s footsteps, Netanyahu also publicized a series of lies… regarding what he calls the ‘kingdoms of Israel,’ and claimed a connection to them. The tribe of Israel is a Yemenite Arab tribe which has passed from the world, and he has no connection to it, as he is a non-Arab who came from Lithuania.”
