PA daily after Paris attacks: "Western and Israeli security services" created ISIS with goal of "dismantl[ing]" the Arab world
Headline: "Messages of terror"
"It is not possible to take the terror explosions in France last Friday [Nov. 13, 2015] lightly, as if they are a response of Takfiri groups (i.e., Muslims who accuse other Muslims of heresy) to the French standpoint which supports a political agreement in Syria, or because it opposes ISIS. This is because the global coalition, led by the US, is composed of dozens of countries, including France, but it [France] does not lead it [the coalition]… If so, why France? And what messages did those behind the operations want to achieve? Why was the target not Britain, the US, Turkey, or Iran? How were weapons and explosives provided to the terrorist cells? Is ISIS that strong? How were the targets chosen? Does ISIS act separately from international forces? And what is the connection between those forces and the terror explosions? …
First , ISIS, [Jabhat] Al-Nusra, and their Takfiri ilk were created by the Western and Israeli security services to serve their goals to dismantle the countries and peoples of the Arab nation in the name of religion and ethnicity, and any other interpretation is unfounded. Second, the goal behind the murder of innocent French is to frighten the French leadership and to openly let it know that its distancing [of itself] from American-British-Israeli policy on the European or Middle East level does not work in its favor . Third, to stop Arab immigration to Europe, and to expel the Arab refugees by deepening the racism against them. Fourth, to cause the cancellation of the Schengen visa (visa which puts an end to border checks between European Union countries –Ed.), to which Britain objects, as a prelude to harming European unity; to damage France's economy by damaging tourism which constitutes an important part of their GDP; to bring France directly into the muck of the conflict taking place in the region, and to prevent a petition to the Security Council with any suggestion of a resolution to the Palestinian Israeli conflict… Whoever has followed the Israeli exaggerations, and especially the responses of [Israeli] Prime Minister [Benjamin] Netanyahu to the acts of terror in France and the scandalous incitement against the Arab and Palestinian people, has directly discovered their longed for goals [of terror attacks], and the way they tilt them in favor of certain goals and policies. Undoubtedly, the decision makers and security services in France know well the background of the terror attacks, but due to diplomatic and security calculations do not say all they know, and it might even be that they will say the opposite and the future will reveal the facts."
Paris attacks 2015 - On Nov. 13, 2015, seven terrorist attacks were carried out simultaneously in Paris, France, in which it is estimated that 129 people were murdered. An additional 352 people were wounded, 99 of them in serious condition. The most massive attack took place at the Bataclam Theater during a rock concert, where 87 people were murdered. On Nov. 14, 2015 ISIS claimed responsibility for these attacks.
Jabhat Al-Nusra is a branch of Al-Qaeda operating in Syria and Lebanon, formed in January 2012. It is an Islamic Sunni, Jihadist group fighting against the Syrian government forces in the Syrian civil war, in order to to establish an Islamic state in Syria.
