Hamas: Haifa, Jaffa, Ashkelon and Jerusalem are "Palestine"

Hamas's spokesman Dr. Ismail Radwan declares Haifa, Jaffa, Ashkelon and Jerusalem part of "Palestine," saying that they are currently "under siege."
