"The Hebron Administration of Education organized a mourning vigil for the soul of Martyr (Shahid) Mustafa Fanoun (i.e., terrorist stabber), who was a student at the Huda Abd Al-Nabi Elementary School for Boys...The Hebron Administration of Education stated yesterday [Dec. 7, 2015] that [the head of the administration, Bassam Madhat] Tahbub spoke during the vigil, conveying the condolences of [PA] Minister of Education Sabri Saidam to the Fanoun family, the school family, and the relatives of the Martyr, and emphasized the depth of the educational message being transmitted by the students and educational staff in the shadow of the difficult conditions being experienced by the Palestinian people...It should be noted that the boy, Martyr Mustafa Fanoun, 15, was executed together with his cousin Tahr Fanoun, 19, in the Tel Rumeida neighborhood [of Hebron], near the checkpoint at the entrance to Al-Shahuda St. in the city, last Thursday evening [Dec. 4, 2015]."
