PA district governor emphasizes “the absolute support of the Fatah movement for our Palestinian people’s uprising, and its right to use every means of resistance”

     “Crowds in Qalqilya marked the 51st anniversary of the outbreak of the Palestinian revolution with a mass procession and carnival, in which all sectors participated. Fatah Central Committee member Dr. Jamal Muhaisen and Qalqilya district Governor Rafe' Rawajbeh participated in the commemoration of the anniversary... Dr. Muhaisen saluted the Qalqilya district crowds who came out in their entirety to participate in the celebration of the 51st Launch, and emphasized the absolute support of the Fatah movement for our Palestinian people’s uprising, and its right to use every means of resistance. Likewise, he called to broaden the scope of participation, so that the uprising will be an introduction to all-out intifada that willfulfill our people’s dream of freedom and independence... The district governor [Rawajbeh] expressed appreciation of the efforts of the Qalqilya district institutes and activists, who gathered today [Jan. 1, 2016] in order to express their adherence to the basic Palestinian principles, and their rallying around its historic leadership, represented by [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas. Likewise, he called to continue the path of peaceful uprising in order to fulfill the goal of the Palestinian people and obtain freedom and independence, demanded adherence to national unity, and to thwart the occupation’s plots to crack the unity of the Palestinian people.”
