PA officials visit families of terrorists who murdered an Israeli in 2007

“The [PA] security establishment’s Public Relations Committee, the Director of Public Relations and Information in the Qalqilya district, the PLO Commission of Prisoners and Released Prisoners’ Affairs, and the Prisoner’s Club visited the families of the security establishment’s prisoners at Kafr Qaddum.
Deputy District Governor Hassam Abu Hamda, Head of the [PA’s] General Intelligence Ibrahim Dahbour, Members of the security establishment’s International Relations Committee, Director of the Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs Nael Ghannam and Director of the Prisoner’s Club [in Qalqilya] Lafi Nasoura participated in the visit. It should be noted that the visit included five families of the security establishment’s prisoners, including Zafer Barham, who worked for the police and was sentenced to life.”
