Imad Hamato, Professor of Quranic Studies, University of Palestine, Gaza: “The problem of sex is the most serious problem that the world suffers from today. It reflects the direction in which the West is directing us today. Before the invasion of Iraq, [US President] Bush said: ‘‘We will enter Iraq in order to correct God’s mistake of placing oil in the Arabian Peninsula. We will enter Iraq and bring in pornography and we will teach them the American civilization and culture.’’
