The president extended warm condolences to the families of the Martyrs (Shahids) of the peaceful popular uprising. He said: ‘May Allah have mercy on our Martyrs and let them dwell in his Paradise. Freedom for our prisoners, Allah willing. We must endure, because relief will come eventually, and we will achieve a State of Palestine with Jerusalem as its capital.”
Note: The terms "all means," "peaceful uprising,” and “popular uprising/resistance" are often used by PA leaders and officials to refer to events that include violent and deadly terror against Israeli civilians such as rock-throwing, stabbings and even shootings.
