“A joint report prepared by the I’lam Center (i.e., Arab Center for Media Freedom Development and Research) and the Palestinian WAFA news agency, by monitoring the Israeli media in a joint project that started with the beginning of the Israeli incitement in 2010 and continues until today (2016), has shown that the Israeli media is full of incitement and racism, both in terms of quantity and quality, against everything that is Palestinian or Arab… For example, the article published in [Israeli newspaper] Yediot Ahronot on Oct. 13, 2015, titled The Arab MPs Support Terror, should be noted. In the article Yifat Erlich (i.e., Israeli journalist) described the Arab MPs (i.e., Arab members of Israeli Parliament) as terrorists and said: …According to the Palestinian Media Watch organization, it was publicized that [Israeli Arab MP and head of the Hadash Party and the Joint (Arab) List] Ayman Odeh said just last August that ‘Incitement against the occupation is a national duty, and therefore we stand in full faith alongside sister Khalida Jarrar, and we will continue to be present at the trial in order to support her politically and morally.’ Jarrar ‘the innocent sister,’ is a member of the Popular Front’s Political Bureau who was arrested on charges of incitement.”
Khalida Jarrar – Palestinian Authority MP arrested by Israeli authorities on April 12, 2015, for being a member of the terror organization PFLP (Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine), for inciting to kidnap Israeli soldiers and inciting to terror. On Dec. 6, 2015 she was sentenced to 15 months in prison, fined 10,000 shekels, and given an additional suspended sentence of 10 months for incitement to violence and belonging to the PFLP terror organization.
