In August 2010, Ramallah Center for Human Rights Studies (RCHRS) polled both the West Bank and Gaza Strip: 85”% - “religion plays an important role in their lives.” 13.7%- “religion plays a somewhat important role in their lives.” 1% - “religion not important.”
