Palestinian US politician to Iran: Attack "Zionist entity" and US Fleet, not Arab states
Reactions to Iran war, wishes for Israel's destruction:

While officially the Palestinian Authority has not said much about the Iran war other than criticizing Iran for targeting the "Arab sister states," on official PA TV, others disclose their alliances more openly and their violent anti-Israel fantasies more candidly.
The following are two examples of people who were interviewed on official PA TV, who both expressed their wish for Israel's destruction and hope that the US would be attacked directly by Iran instead of the Arab states:
Asked about Iran's attacks on Arab states, John Dabeet, a Palestinian living in the US and serving as Council President and Iowa Democratic Party Central Committee member openly stated that he would have preferred that Iran attack Israel and the American fleet at sea:
Official PA TV host: "Dr. John [Dabeet], how have you been following Iran's attack on the American bases in the Middle East, particularly in the Arab states, and how does it cast its shadow and influence on America's security in the Middle East?"
US Palestinian Council President and Iowa Democratic Party Central Committee member John Dabeet: "Certainly it is a concerning matter. First of all, and after all, we are Arabs, and the Arab states are significant for us… Perhaps we would like to see direct attacks on the Zionist entity (i.e., Israel) and on the American centers in the heart of the sea and the like."

A Lebanese academic mocked Iran for its failure to harm Israel, saying Arabs/Lebanese would have "applauded" and "bowed to" Iran had it managed to "drown" Israel as the late Khamenei had promised to do:
Dr. Khaled Al-Azza, lecturer in international relations and foreign policy, from Beirut: "The screams and the noise that Iran made, which we saw and heard throughout the past month, were meaningless. Iran didn't learn a lesson from Israel in the 12-day war… Iran threatened that it would ‘drown' [Israel] within 7.5 minutes, and we would have applauded it. If you manage to "drown" it, we will bow to you and take off our hats to you, but this show off and your lies, we already know you. You are not capable [of doing it]."

Meanwhile, disturbing social media posts by Palestinians show popular support for Iran's missile strikes against Israel, even though the missiles endanger them, too. For example, in a video from Nablus in the West Bank, a Palestinian is heard shouting joyfully when a missile is seen in the sky above Tel Aviv:
Person shouting: "Many, many [missiles] on Tel Aviv!"
Posted text: "The joy of the West Bank residents at the moment missiles from Iran fell on Tel Aviv, in the center of occupied Palestine (i.e., sovereign Israel)."

In recent days, Palestinian Media Watch has also exposed that the PA – as usual – ignores reality and accused Israel of exploiting the war with Iran to bother Palestinians during the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan, preventing them from praying, and denying them access to the Muslim holy sites. Only the PA forgot to mention that Israel did this as a safety measure to protect them and equally applied these safety measures to the Jewish holy sites as well.
