“Jewish Holocaust eyewitnesses are questionable,” Palestinian Authority TV broadcast
Holocaust denial is alive and well in the Palestinian Authority. Questioning whether the Holocaust happened, trivializing the Nazi genocide of the Jews, and demonizing Israel as worse than Nazi Germany – this is how the Palestinian Authority continues to promote Holocaust denial and distortion on its official television station.
On a program about terrorist prisoners, PA TV hosted a guest who claimed unchallenged that Israel has "surpassed Nazism" and then denied the documented murder of six million Jews because "no one saw it. Even the eyewitnesses are questionable."
Jordanian Writers' Association board member Hassan Al-Majali: "You [the prisoner] (i.e., terrorist) find yourself as an individual standing against a state [Israel]… that has renounced all human values. A state that I won't call Nazi [because] it has surpassed Nazism in committing what is now called the Palestinian Holocaust... We've heard about the Jewish Holocaust, but no one saw it. Even the eyewitnesses are questionable."

Just weeks earlier, official PA TV promoted the same distortion while discussing a novel by an imprisoned terrorist who was involved in the murder of three Israelis. After arguing that Jews succeeded in turning the Holocaust into a "legend" while Palestinians have failed to do the same for themselves, the official PA TV host asserted that what happens to Palestinians "far exceeds what happened in the ghetto or the Holocaust."
Official PA TV host: "Bassem Al-Khandaqji (i.e., terrorist, involved in murder of 3) said in this novel [A Sky-Colored Mask] that the Israelis managed to turn their suffering [in the Holocaust] into a legend and thus [their suffering] reached the dimensions it did, while we have not managed to turn the suffering into a legend, even though it is comparable and even far exceeds what happened in the ghetto or the Holocaust." …
Palestinian writer Abd Al-Salam Saleh: "Bassem begins [his book] with how it is absolutely necessary that we present our narrative and insist on describing what is happening [because] it is much more severe than what happened to the Zionists (i.e., the Jews)."

This is classic PA Holocaust distortion and Antisemitism, which forms a fundamental element of its ideology. First, PA TV questions whether the Holocaust was real. Then it claims that Palestinians are experiencing a "Holocaust" worse than the murder of Europe's Jews. Finally, it presents a terrorist murderer as a moral authority whose writings should guide the Palestinian "narrative."
