Palestinian Authority school hosts basketball game for high school girls named after terrorist who led killing of 37, organized by Palestinian NGO funded by European organizations

The Al-Razi Cultural and Social Association’s department of educational activities organized this game in cooperation with the Women’s Association for Life and Equality. The game was held under the auspices of Head of the [PA Ministry of Education’s] Education Directorate in Ramallah Bassam Erekat, and in the presence of Chairman of the [Al-Razi] Association Jamil Al-Dweik, its director Kefaya Hammouda, Director of the Al-Awael School for Girls Fitna Abed, Head of the Public Education Department in the Education Directorate in Ramallah Ibrahim Al-Khatib, and Director of Women’s Association for Life and Equality in Jerusalem Zuhour Abu-Mayaleh…
After the game, the awards committee awarded the Martyr Dalal Mughrabi Cup and gold medals to the Rosary Sisters’ High School and a plaque [of honor] and silver medals to the Al-Awael School.”
