Fatah's message for its 8th General Conference: Terrorists are Palestinian heroes and role models
The "heroes":

  • Salah Khalaf "Abu Iyad" - planned the Munich Olympics massacre of 11 Israeli athletes and headed the Black September terror organization

  • Khalil Al-Wazir "Abu Jihad" - was responsible for the murder of 125 people

  • Masked Palestinians firing rocks with slingshots and burning an Israeli flags

Getting ready for its Eighth General Conference that started on Thursday, May 14, 2026, PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah Movement was busy signaling to Palestinians that Fatah prioritizes terror against Israel and venerates whoever carried out "Jihad" against it.

With videos specifically connected to "#The_Eighth_Fatah_General_Conference" posted recently, Fatah has made it clear what its agenda is going forward. One video glorified the planner of the Munich Olympics massacre in which 11 Israelis were murdered. The head of the Black September terror organization talks about "Jihad" and the "right to fight in the way we see fit" in the video:

Head of Black September terror organization Salah Khalaf "Abu Iyad": "We joined Fatah to realize the slogans of Jihad that we did not realize where we were. It is our right to fight in the way we see fit (i.e., all means of terror), but without harming the unity of our people."

A second video stresses that heading for its Eighth General Conference, Fatah is still all about terror and the destruction of Israel. The video shows arch-terrorist Abu Jihad who the PA has credited with responsibility for 125 murders and Abu Iyad, the head of Black September mentioned above, as well as rock throwers and men burning the Israeli flag:

A third video shows Palestinian rioters – some masked, some wearing yellow Fatah headbands, and some carrying Fatah flags – throwing rocks at Israelis by hand and with slingshots. In a parade, masked Fatah members are carrying posters, among them posters of terror leaders Abu Jihad and Abu Iyad. At another march, Palestinians hold the shape of the PA map of "Palestine" that presents all of Israel together with the PA areas as "Palestine" in the colors of the Palestinian flag, with "Palestine" written on it, erasing Israel's existence:

From here, the Fatah Movement renews its commitment to our resolute and proud people in the cities, villages, and refugee camps of the West Bank."

At the General Conference, Fatah elects its leaders for its Central Committee and its Revolutionary Council, sets policies, confirms ideologies, and legitimizes the use of terror against Israel. Palestinian Media Watch recently exposed that Abbas' Fatah granted all terrorist murderers who were imprisoned for more than 20 years membership in Fatah's Conference. Moreover, among those running for Fatah leadership positions were released murderers who killed 75 people!
