Palestinian Authority pays salaries to terrorists – a full year after they claim to have stopped

Palestinian Media Watch has found evidence of two more transfers of salaries to terrorists throughout October 2026. One piece of evidence is a post in a Telegram channel on October 7 (!!), 2026.

Posted text: "Today, the salaries of the heirs of civilian and military pensioners for the month of June were transferred to their accounts. What is meant by 'heirs of pensioners'? To make it easier for everyone, the term includes: Children of Martyrs and their spouses, children of a public employee who passed away during their employment. The salary was deposited today, you can check it in the bank's app."

Another item of evidence provided below is a translated discussion from a Telegram group for PA salary recipients, including terrorists.

Note that in addition to the recipients below who are defined as "retired prisoners," the military pensioners may also be terrorists. PMW reported in 2021 that the PA announced it was moving released terrorist prisoners into government pensions and into the military in order to receive their Pay-for-Slay payments away from scrutiny of the donor countries. PMW coined this the "PA's hidden Pay-for-Slay" and produced an explosive report on $315 millon worth of hidden Pay-for-Slay payments made by the PA in 2025.

The new item is more evidence that hidden Pay-for-Slay continues in 2026, away from the scrutiny of the donor countries and away from the scrutiny of the "independent accountants" who are not looking for these hidden payments.
